*POLICY*
Northern Star Productions has estblished the following as our terms on payments and refunds. Please use these terms as a reference to any questions that you may have concerning payments and refunds. If for any reason a question or concern arises that is not covered please feel free to contact us at # 508-414-5481
Terms are as follows:
1. $100.00 deposit is required, payable by cash, bank check, business check or money order. All payments must be made payable to: Kevin Colucci or Northern Star Productions.
2. An engagement is not considered "BOOKED" until a signed contract and deposit* have been recieved or other arrangements have been made.
3. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but are TRANSFERABLE** to another date and or time.
4. Any changes in time of event will be handled on a case by case basis.
5. Balance will become due on the date of event.
6. For any future booking consideration, your entertainer(s) must be booked through Northern Star Productions.
7. Overtime: If an entertainer is asked for overtime on the day of the event, the fee will be $75.00 per hour over the contracted time.

This agreement, Dated_____/_____/_____, is between Kevin Colucci, hereinafter referred to as Host, and_______________
herein referred to as the CUSTOMER, presently residing at______________________Phone(s):___________________________
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS HEREIN CONTAINED AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, THE HOST AND THE CUSTOMER HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
I. The CUSTOMER, agrees to pay the HOST a rate of $_______for_________hours of music and hosting. The fee includes up to 1 hour of verbal, written, and /or in person consultations.
II. The CUSTOMER agrees to pay the HOST a deposit of $100.00, which is transferable but non-refundable, to accompany this contract, which must be signed by the CUSTOMER. Check/Money Order should be made to: Kevin Colucci or Northern Star Productions.
III. Over-time rate is $75.00 per hour.
IV. The CUSTOMER agrees to pay the HOST the entire balance remaining, plus all additional over-time charges in US currency by cash or check payable to Kevin Colucci or Northern Star Productions, before the beginning of the performance! Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $50.00 surcharge.
V. The CUSTOMER agrees that any changes to the date, starting time, ending time and/or location of the contract MUST be submitted in writing, and will be based on the availability of the HOST at the time that said changes are requested.
VI. Cancellation of the agreement must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations are not accepted, only if contract was not signed.
This contract contains all the agreements by the parties hereto. There are no promises, agreements, terms or conditions other than those contained herein. This agreement shall apply to and bind all parties and may not be changed orally.

We offer free consultations. It is our policy to go above and beyond to make sure we have the music you want to hear for your event. If there is a special request please feel free to ask at your consultation and we will make every attempt to get your song.

$300.00 for 4-hours=Parties, Cook-outs, Graduation etc.
$450.00 for 4-hours=Weddings and Wedding Receptions.
$50.00 for Rehearsal of Weddings
$75.00 for 1-hour/$40.00 for 1/2-hour Overtime rate
SPECIAL PACKAGE PRICING AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME CALL FOR DETAILS
No charge for additional microphones for musicians and clergy. Must be made aware of how many mics. before day of show.
No charge for setting up and/or breaking down equipment.
No mileage charge within 50 miles. Additional charges may apply depending on mileage over 100 mile round trip.
Package Pricing includes: 2 Yamaha 18" subwoofers, 2 Yamaha 15" full range speakers, power amps., mixer, dual CD decks, dual casette decks, 2 microphones, 1 cordless microphone, DJ and over 10,000. songs on hand.
